Hellmann's ingredients: what's banned overseas?

About Hellmann's
Hellmann's (sold as Best Foods in the western US) is Unilever's flagship mayonnaise brand. The US formulation contains calcium disodium EDTA as a flavor protector — a chelating agent used to prevent metal-catalyzed oxidation. While EDTA is also permitted in EU foods at low levels, the UK version of Hellmann's does not list EDTA on its ingredients. Some Hellmann's salad dressings in the US contain TBHQ as an additional antioxidant.
