7-day money-back guarantee (web subscriptions)
If you subscribed to BannedPantry Pro on the web and aren't satisfied, email [email protected] from your account email within 7 daysof the charge and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, subscription charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Cancelling your subscription
- Web (Stripe): open your Account page and use the billing portal to cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period; subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
- iOS (App Store): cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. App Store purchases are billed by Apple.
App Store refunds
Purchases made through the iOS App Store are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
One-time Pantry Audit ($19)
The Pantry Audit is a one-time purchase that generates a personalized PDF report. If the report fails to generate or deliver, email [email protected] and we'll re-deliver it or refund you.
