Condiments without high-fructose corn syrup, Red 40, or BHA
Most major condiments use HFCS for sweetness, Red 40/Yellow 5/Yellow 6 for color, and BHA/BHT/TBHQ as preservatives. These brands skip all of them.

Frequently asked questions
Is HFCS banned anywhere?
No country has banned HFCS, but Mexico, Argentina, and others tax sugar-sweetened beverages aggressively, and the EU restricts isoglucose (HFCS) production quotas. The 2017 EU quota lift expanded HFCS use, but many EU brands still avoid it for clean-label reasons.
Which preservatives are restricted in EU condiments?
BHA (E320) and BHT (E321) are restricted to very low levels in the EU; Japan and several other countries ban or restrict them. The US allows much higher levels in ketchup, salad dressing, and mayo.
Are Heinz Simply Ketchup and Hunt’s Free dye-free?
Heinz Simply Ketchup, Hunt’s 100% Natural Tomato Ketchup, Sir Kensington’s, and Primal Kitchen are all dye-free and HFCS-free.
