Food ingredients banned in Florida (2028)

Florida bans 6 food additives that remain legal in the rest of the US, under Florida SB 1218 (proposed 2025) — bans dyes in school food. The ban takes effect January 2028. Manufacturers must reformulate products sold in Florida or pull them from shelves.
